Estate agencies

Four agency processes where the AI writes and the agent checks.

Each sheet states what the AI does, what stays with your teams, how it is tested on your own files before being used, and what makes it stop. These are typical examples, not client results.

The principle

The agent answers for what is published.

The AI writes listings in French and Dutch and prepares replies to enquiries. The agent reviews everything that goes out. Every process has an error threshold written down before the test. If it is not met, the process stops.

Estate agencies

Step validated by a person. The large star is the step entrusted to the AI.

Hosting

Personal data stays out of open tools.

The code of conduct prohibits entering personal data into an open AI system. Listings, which carry no personal data, may go through a public AI. Leases, applications and exchanges with your clients stay on a dedicated server in Belgium or on your premises.

Framework

The code of conduct of 1 October 2026.

For the first time, the estate agents' code contains rules on AI (Articles 43 to 45): critically verify what the tool produces, understand the systems used, put no personal data into an open system, and never mislead. Each sheet is built to hold those rules.

Course

Eight weeks, three to five processes.

A free thirty-minute diagnostic. Then two weeks of context and training, two weeks reviewing processes with the people who run them, and four weeks putting three to five processes into service, one at a time. A month of adjustments follows. Price on quotation, after the diagnostic.

Thirty minutes on one of your processes.

By video call or at your premises. We say plainly whether the AI gains anything there.
