The problem

AI is already here, without rules.

It is entering companies faster than anyone controls it. Your teams already use it, often without knowing where the data goes.

Every process handed over to AI goes through four steps.

  • 01 Describe: what the AI does, with which data, who reviews.
  • 02 Test: on your real files, with an error threshold written down before the test.
  • 03 Validate: your team signs off before it goes live.
  • 04 Measure: what it delivers. If it does not, we stop it.

The method comes from computer system validation in the pharmaceutical industry.

The process sheet

Each star is a process sheet.

The process sheets live in your tools, in an open format. They remain usable if you change model, software or provider. Your business software already has its own AI assistant? We test it on your files, with the same process sheet.

Reminders for unpaid invoices

Objective
Send reminders at D+7 and D+21, never chasing a client who has already paid.
Handed over to AI
Draft the reminder from the template and the client file.
Human check
The head of accounting validates. No automatic sending after the second reminder.
Acceptance threshold
No reminder to a client who has already paid. At most two substantive corrections per hundred reminders. Set in writing before the test.

Where your AI runs

Three possible places, chosen process by process.

A public AI, open models on a dedicated server in Belgium, or a server on your premises. Each process sheet says where the AI runs, and why.

Where your data goes

Your files stay in the hosting chosen for each process. They only leave it with your written consent. Towards a public AI, they leave anonymised (names and identification numbers replaced), and the process sheet says who checks this. The data you leave on this site to book an appointment or to receive our messages passes through the services listed in our privacy policy.
