We claim no official label, accreditation or certification. What counts are documents you keep: the contract, the data processing agreement, the process sheets and the training certificates.
Each engagement is contracted with Astérisme SRL, BCE 1044.920.226. Belgian law, courts and invoicing. A GDPR data processing agreement is signed at the start: processing operations, retention periods, any sub-processors.
Each process sheet states the AI provider and model, the data sent, the data never sent and the provider's jurisdiction. The choice is made with you.
Client, employee, health and financial data, and anything covered by professional secrecy, only go to a model with your written consent and declared sub-processing. By default, the AI works on anonymised data or document templates, and a person fills in the rest. When a public AI is used, the data is anonymised before it is sent: names and identification numbers are replaced, and the process sheet says who checks it.
Any sensitive output, to a client, an employee, a public authority or a bank, is reviewed before sending by the person named in the process sheet. Automatic sending is the exception, decided by you and limited in the process sheet.
Article 4 of the European AI regulation, as amended by Regulation 2026/1744, asks companies that use AI to take measures to develop their staff's AI literacy. Obligations for high-risk systems apply from 2 December 2027, and from 2 August 2028 for regulated products. We meet this with on-site training, with a named certificate and a written usage charter.
We turn down assignments whose aim is to reduce your headcount.
No certification displayed. You check the documents.
Municipalities, public social welfare centres (CPAS/OCMW), hospitals, lawyers, accountants and bailiffs (gerechtsdeurwaarders/huissiers de justice) are bound by professional secrecy. No covered data is sent to a model without written consent and declared sub-processing. The process sheet records it.
Your files stay in the hosting chosen for each process. They only leave it with your written consent. Towards a public AI, they leave anonymised (names and identification numbers replaced), and the process sheet says who checks this. The data you leave on this site to book an appointment or to receive our messages passes through the services listed in our privacy policy.
