Very little, and that is deliberate. This site sets no cookies and loads no resources from Google. Visits are counted without cookies, with Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Three situations, no more.
You write to us or call us
We keep your name, your contact details and the content of the exchange, to reply to you and to prepare a possible engagement. Legal basis: the pre-contractual steps you request, or our legitimate interest in replying. If nothing follows, the exchange is deleted no later than three years after the last contact. If an engagement follows, documents are kept for the period required by accounting and tax obligations.
You book an appointment
Booking goes through Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States). The data you enter there is processed under Calendly's policy. Calendly states that it adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We keep only what is needed to prepare the appointment.
You visit the site
Our host, o2switch (France), records technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for the security and proper operation of the server. No cookies. Visits are counted in aggregate by Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, United States), without cookies. Your choice of light or dark theme is stored only in your browser and is never sent to us.
The processors, and what they do.
- o2switch (France): website hosting.
- Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States): appointment booking. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, failing that, by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- Brevo (servers in the EU): forms and e-mail sending.
No resale, no profiling.
Your data is not sold, rented or used for advertising. No automated decision is made about you, and no data from this site is sent to an AI model.
Access, correction, erasure.
You can ask to access, correct, erase or retrieve your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@asterisme.ai. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Autorité de protection des données (Belgian Data Protection Authority), rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Bruxelles (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
