Free, by video call, no commitment. You arrive with a task that costs you time. You leave with a clear answer on what AI can do with it, what it must not do with it, and what that would take.
We first check that you are in the right place. We work with professions where a mistake is expensive and where someone answers for it: accountancy firms, law firms, bailiffs, estate agencies, banks, insurance, automotive.
You describe a real task: who does it, how many times a month, what slows it down, and what happens when it goes wrong. We break it down on screen, step by step, in the format of the process sheet.
Three answers are possible and we give the true one: this process can be handed to an AI, and here is how we would test it; it can partly be, and here is which part; or it is not suited to it, and we say so.
The process written as you described it, with the fields that matter: who decides, who reviews before anything leaves, what we measure to know whether it holds.
Workload, lead time and price. Not a quotation: an honest order of magnitude, which may well be “this is not worth it for you”.
Public AI, a dedicated server in Belgium, or your own infrastructure. The choice is yours, and it changes both cost and lead time.
If none of your processes is suited to it today, we tell you during the call and it stops there.
A diagnostic is not a sales meeting in disguise. So that the thirty minutes are worth your time, here is what is excluded from them.
No product demo: we sell no software, and we represent none.
No company presentation: you do not need our history in order to decide.
No quotation during the call: a serious price requires the audit, which comes after and is paid.
No automated follow-up: if you do not take it further, nobody will call you back.
Benjamin de Bruijne runs the diagnostic. The same person writes the process sheet, runs the test, and trains your team. That is the fifth of our commitments: a single contact, named in your contract.
Thirty minutes by video call. Nothing to prepare, nothing to sign.
Your processes reviewed, ranked by gain and by risk, with the sheet for the first one.
From the sheet to the test on your own files, through to going live and measuring it.
Pick a slot. You will receive the video link by e-mail, with the name and number of the person you will be speaking to.
