Accounting firms and accountants

Four firm processes where the AI prepares and the accountant decides.

Each sheet states what the AI does, what stays with your teams, how it is tested on your own files before being used, and what makes it stop. These are typical examples, not client results.

The principle

Signing off the accounts stays with the accountant.

The AI reconciles documents and flags what is missing. It approves no account and sends nothing to a client without review. Every process has an error threshold written down before the test. If it is not met, the process stops.

Accounting firms and accountants

Step validated by a person. The large star is the step entrusted to the AI.

Hosting

Your clients' documents stay protected.

Accounting documents are covered by professional secrecy. The closing check runs on a dedicated server in Belgium, incoming mail on a server at the firm. No client document is sent to a public AI. Monitoring covers public texts only.

Framework

The firm's professional secrecy.

Article 458 of the Criminal Code applies to external accountants and tax advisers, through the reference in their professional law. Each sheet states where the data runs and who sees it. For Article 4 of the AI Act, training your teams is a documented measure, with a named certificate.

Course

Eight weeks, three to five processes.

A free thirty-minute diagnostic. Then two weeks of context and training, two weeks reviewing processes with the people who run them, and four weeks putting three to five processes into service, one at a time. A month of adjustments follows. Price on quotation, after the diagnostic.

Thirty minutes on one of your processes.

By video call or at your premises. We say plainly whether the AI gains anything there.
